Johnny Archer

Johnny Archer has worked in the fitness industry for over two decades. Johnny first started as a dancer at the young age of 12 at the Eurmdum School of Ballet in the UK, focusing on jazz and ballet. Johnny's dancing career took him all over the world. In addition to ballet, Johnny began training in the marital arts at age 6. He became a disciplined martial artist- which took him to Japan as he continued and furthered his education in martial arts. Fitness has been a crucial part of his lifestyle. Not only does he preach it, he practices it as well. His passion for fitness and training is what brought him to San Diego, the mecca of fitness. ENERGY, EXCITEMENT, and deep SPIRIT for fitness can be felt when you take one of Johnny's classes. It's all about energy!

  • We will have you moving like athlete in no time! Be ready to cross over to an elite level of sports performance. This creative progression improves speed, power, agility, flexibility and coordination in developing the overall athletic ability that is part of every single one of us. Through the class we move through upper body, lower body, abdominals and cardio.
    This class is fun and energetic so don't be shy give it a try- all levels can easily participate in this class!

    In this class get ready to use TRX, free weights, kettlebells, bungie bands, the bosu and most importantly your own body weight! This fun HIIT workout will burn fat, challenge your cardio vascular system and push your body to the next level. Tone, tighten and sculpt to achieve your perfect beach body!

  • Ride 'n Rip
  • The best all around cardio/full body strength training workout out there!
    Start your workout out with a jam packed 30 minute cycling session. Take on several intense hill climbs to improve endurance and increase strength. The goal for each class is to travel a collective distance so each and every ride you can get stronger and work harder for longer.
    Second part of the program will help meet your goals head on. This high intensity metabolic conditioning workout takes on all three energy systems and acts as a fat burning incinerator to ensure results. The workout changes every single day, keeping the body in constant shock, which drastically improves muscle tone and strength.
    The workout incorporates suspension training, resistance training and bodyweight training; this carefully designed program will have you fitter and stronger in only 30 minutes!

  • What is RMR and how can it benefit you? The results of a Resting Metabolic Rate test can tell your doctor if you have

    Using our advanced machine, you breathe for approximately 10-15 minutes. This test will help determine how your metabolism works and how many calories you should be consuming each day.
