Gwen Goodgame

Gwen's love and enthusiasm for fitness and a healthy lifestyle will draw you in and keep you coming back every week.. Originally from the east Coast, she has been working in the fitness industry for 8 years as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and an instructor trainer. Gwyn has mentored and coached both new and seasoned instructors. Full of energy and always on the go, Gwen has coordinated and participated in large national and local fundraisers to support causes such as Breast Cancer research and ALS research. She has taught every imaginable type of class ranging from aqua workouts to boot camp, kickboxing and everything in between but her first and foremost love is spinning. Her goal is to create an upbeat class experience that encourages positive thinking and positive results.She aims to create a unique and exhilerating class every week.Gwen holds certifications from Keiser, AFAA and NASM and is pursuing her 200 hour Yoga certification.

  • The best all around cardio/full body strength training workout out there!
    Start your workout out with a jam packed 30 minute cycling session. Take on several intense hill climbs to improve endurance and increase strength. The goal for each class is to travel a collective distance so each and every ride you can get stronger and work harder for longer.
    Second part of the program will help meet your goals head on. This high intensity metabolic conditioning workout takes on all three energy systems and acts as a fat burning incinerator to ensure results. The workout changes every single day, keeping the body in constant shock, which drastically improves muscle tone and strength.
    The workout incorporates suspension training, resistance training and bodyweight training; this carefully designed program will have you fitter and stronger in only 30 minutes!

  • Our instructors will guide you through a technique and terrain-based class focussing on cadence, heart rate zone training, climbs and sprints precisely timed to the beat of the music. High-intensity interval training and fat zone burning cardio will maximize your performance and pursuits. Heart rate straps are used to push each individual to the max, and to train in the correct heart rate zones based on your individual goals. Each cycle class is designed to push you to a new fitness level!
     
    Optional weights are used on the bike Monday at 7:15am and 5:30pm, Tuesday at 6:30am and 9:30am, Wednesday at 5:30pm and Thursday at 6:30am and 9:30am.
